What does this mean?
Being an Chartered Trading Standard Approved Dealer means you’re dealing with a brand you can trust. The Chartered Trading Standards wouldn’t partner with a dealership who didn’t share their attitude to supporting the customer by delivering the best possible experience.
It means we comply to a code that is Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) approved, a not-for-profit organisation that ensures trading standards are being met.
Every vehicle sold comes with the following:

A vehicle preparation standard that all our vehicles MUST meet before they are sold.
• Vans For Sale Ltd Warranty
3 month warranty with every eligible vehicle*. - Vans For Sale Ltd Warranty is included with all makes and models of vehicle and can give you the extra reassurance in the event of something happening to your vehicle. For
additional peace of mind, you can extend the term of the warranty to up to 24 months for an additional fee.
Every vehicle includes free Car Data Check
Evidences the vehicle you are buying isn’t stolen, written off or has any outstanding finance.
• No excess to pay
Deposits are non refundable as stated on the deposit receipt given when purchasing a vehicle, in the event the customer withdrawing from the purchase and deciding not to pay the balance, we may partially refund the deposit however the customer shall be personally liable for any expense incurred by us the seller in preparing the vehicle for deliver or collection and any other loss incurred from withdrawing from the purchase of the vehicle. Delivery is always an option, however this is at an extra cost to yourselves due to use using a third party reliable delivery company. Delivery is estimated at £2 a mile plus fuel....
Admin fee is £300
SAF Approved is a status granted by the Finance & Leasing Association (FLA) to dealerships or brokerages where every customer-facing staff member, involved in the sale or provision of information of motor finance, has successfully passed the annual SAF Expert assessment (or recognised SAF Equivalent training program). This status signifies that all relevant staff have the necessary knowledge and skills in motor finance products and regulations. SAF Approved status is valid for one year and can be applied for by completion of the SAF statement of compliance (either by the company’s master SAF administrator, or by the SAF Equivalent provider)
